Our services include:

  • Pursuing claims for unpaid wages, overtime, termination pay, and vacation pay
  • Representing clients in wrongful dismissal matters (within monetary limits)
  • Reviewing, interpreting, and drafting employment agreements and termination letters
  • Filing ESA claims or complaints with the Ministry of Labour
